Induction Cap Sealer

Induction sealing is a non-contact heating process that carries out a container with a heat-sealable foil laminate to be hermetically sealed. It is now used extensively in sectors such as pharmaceuticals, food manufacturing, pesticides, lubricants, cosmetics, etc.

Inside a closure composed of the following layers, the traditional induction inner seal starts as a multi-laminate liner:

• A wax layer
• Aluminum Foil
• A polymer layer
