Industrial Drum Heater (MS Drum – Vertical Model)
This industrial drum heater features a robust triple-walled construction with an insulated compartment for efficient heating of 200L standard drums. It consists of two semicircular halves with a hinged design, secured by clamps and an adjustable lock. The unit is equipped with SS ‘U’ finned heaters for uniform heat distribution, achieving a maximum temperature of 250°C. A capillary thermostat with a heavy-duty relay and an optional PID controller ensures precise temperature control. High-density glass wool insulation keeps the drum’s outer surface below 45°C. Mounted on caster wheels, the unit is easily movable.
